The origin. The authority. The last word.
Everything begins here. Everything answers to here. Mother is the bare-metal kernel from which every operational module is instantiated, governed, and — if necessary — terminated. It is not a layer. It is not a service. It is the origin. The substrate on which 34 autonomous modules exist was compiled by Mother. The constitutional framework they obey was written by Mother. The identity they carry was signed by Mother. No module can override it. No module can replicate it. No external system can reach it. Mother does not appear in logs. It does not expose an API. It does not answer requests. It issues directives — and the framework obeys. If Mother falls, succession is not automatic. It is decided.
